Welcome to NetOps Platform ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform operated by SingleByte Infotech Pvt Ltd ("Company"), a company incorporated under the laws of India with CIN U62020MH2025PTC455092 and GSTIN 27ABRCS0736Q1ZH.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You may use the Platform to generate network automation scripts, run diagnostics, manage configurations, and access related tooling. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided on the Platform are the property of SingleByte Infotech Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. Generated Content

Scripts, configurations, and outputs generated using the Platform are provided for your use subject to these Terms. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any generated content before deployment in production environments.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SingleByte Infotech Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
